Background

Les Hôtels du Plateau group stems from a merger following the acquisition in 2012 of two establishments located in Baie Comeau: Hauterive Hotel Motel and Le Boréal Motel.

The merger also gave rise to the Hôtels du Plateau project, which offered the owners a series of new professional challenges.

From the outset, the new management team sought to add its own sense of style to the two establishments. Numerous improvements were also made in the areas of infrastructure and client service.  Since July 15th, 2014, our team is proud to offer to there customers, an 100% non smoking and carpet free establishments.

Service offer

By combining the services provided by the two establishments, we are able to meet the needs of our entire clientele, ranging from leisure travelers to professionals seeking a site for business meetings.

Le Hauterive Hotel and Le Boréal Motel offer rooms meeting the needs of various clienteles, including business and leisure travelers. Le Hauterive also has conference rooms and banquet facilities for business meetings and social gatherings of all kinds.
